Health

Good health is fundamental to a child’s growth, development, education, and overall well-being. However, many vulnerable children and families face significant barriers to obtaining quality healthcare due to poverty, insufficient health knowledge, and limited access to medical services. As a result, preventable diseases, malnutrition, poor hygiene practices, and delayed treatment continue to impact children’s health and development.

The Health intervention aims to improve the health and well-being of vulnerable children and their families through preventive, promotive, and curative health services. The program focuses on strengthening access to healthcare, improving nutrition, promoting hygiene and sanitation, supporting maternal and child health, and facilitating timely referrals for specialized medical care.

The intervention works closely with health institutions, schools, caregivers, and community volunteers to ensure that children receive the care they need to grow, learn, and thrive.
